Our levels of services

The level of service we provide depends on your needs. After a thorough assessment of your hiring situation we will evaluate and recommend which type of service will give you the results you are looking for.

 

Contingency 

Fee is paid only if our search results in a placement with your company. This is our basic level search where we will look through our database of candidates to screen and qualify motivated candidates that fit your requirements. This level search is most effective when there is a vast pool of candidates that possess the skill-set you’re looking for.

 

Engagement 

1/3 of the estimated fee is due at the start of the assignment. This is an exclusive relationship where Kage Search Group, Inc. has the ability to tell candidates that we are an exclusive partner to our client and you will not hear about this opportunity from any other search firm. This gives candidates the sense that the client company is very serious about filling the position, and many times allows us to reach a high-caliber candidate that is not actively looking in the marketplace, but is open to the right opportunity. Upon placement the remaining 2/3 of the fee is due.

 

Retainer 

Typically a 6 week timeline. A retained search is a high priority, intensely focused recruiting campaign. This type of search is used for difficult to find professionals. For this reason, 1/3 of the estimated fee is due at the start of the assignment, the second 1/3 is due when a short list of candidates are presented and the remaining 1/3 is due at completion of the assignment. Retained searches are used when there is a critical hiring need that must be filled in a short time period. This also allows Kage Search Group, Inc. to reach and even higher level candidate that historically is used to working with only retained search firms.

Contract/project-based solutions

This service is perfect for a small companies seeking guidance building a sales staff and may be operating with a small, or no, internal HR team. Rely on your A single point-of-contact for short or long term outsourcing contracts to build a retail and/or a food-service sales force.

A fixed, monthly fee is based on the project scope and timeline. for the following services:

  • Recruiting
  • Interviewing
  • Managing the hiring process
  • Consulting on needs/job descriptions/salaries
  • Hiring temporary or part time sales staff, etc.
